His executive experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Par Petroleum (NYSE: PARR) and Chief Restructuring Officer for multiple energy companies including Remora Petroleum LP, Saratoga Resources Inc., Surefire Industries, Delta Petroleum (NASDAQ: DPTR), and Buccaneer Energy (ASX: BCC). Mr. Young holds Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Baylor University and maintains multiple professional accreditations as a certified public accountant.
Tate Tinley serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Energy Solutions LLC, where he oversees the company's strategic direction and operational excellence in crude oil transportation and marketing services throughout North America. Prior to joining Oasis in 2019, Mr. Tinley managed commercial operations for the Midland Basin at Energy Transfer and held operational roles at Concho Resources. His industry experience spans supply chain logistics, market analysis, and commercial operations. Under Mr. Tinley's leadership, Oasis has transformed into a market leader known for exceptional customer service, safety practices, and operational efficiency. Mr. Tinley holds a degree in Mathematics from Lubbock Christian University.
Martin Dozier serves as Chief Financial Officer at Oasis Energy Solutions LLC, bringing extensive financial leadership and accounting expertise to the executive team. Mr. Dozier spent 27 years in public accounting, culminating as Senior Tax Manager at Weaver and Tidwell. His areas of specialization include federal and multi-state taxation, transaction planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial compliance. Since 2012, Mr. Dozier has served as CFO for various energy-sector businesses where he oversaw comprehensive financial operations. Mr. Dozier holds a degree from Oklahoma State University.
Tyson Turnbow serves as Chief Operating Officer at Oasis Energy Solutions LLC, where he brings extensive expertise in energy logistics and crude marketing operations. Since joining Oasis in 2020, Mr. Turnbow has been instrumental in establishing the company as a growing, independently operated business. Prior to Oasis, Mr. Turnbow built a successful career at Energy Transfer, where he rapidly advanced from Associate Analyst to Senior Account Manager. During his tenure, he developed comprehensive knowledge of crude marketing operations and ultimately oversaw management of a significant portion of Energy Transfer's Permian crude portfolio. Mr. Turnbow holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
